I have worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, starting in construction management and subsequently running my own small works construction company. After training and qualifying as a residential property surveyor, I set up practice offering independent, top quality building surveys.

I offer consultation and advice on old and new properties and still act as a project manager and supervisor on site − often on properties I previously surveyed for a client. I bring a wealth of experience and qualification to the services I offer. I have a reputation for being knowledgeable, trustworthy and thorough, and for listening to my clients to help them achieve the outcomes they are looking for.

I have a Masters degree (MSc) in High-Performance Buildings which has been ratified by the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers. I also hold a Higher National Certificate in Building Studies and a Diploma in Residential Building Surveying.
