His written survey was prompt, comprehensive but succinct and we received the benefit of a site meeting and verbal debrief which served to high-light and quantify the more significant issues.
As a result of one of these, ultimately we declined to proceed with this first house but asked Aidan later to act for us when our offer was accepted on a second. Once again we held an on-site meeting with verbal debrief following the prompt delivery of the written report. Whenever matters have arisen subsequently requiring his advice and/or recommendations these has always been tendered both willingly and promptly.
